The thought of spending time discovering my soul sounded absolutely terrifying to me many years ago. The first time I heard those words, my subconscious uttered “why on earth would I want to do that? If it doesn’t help me to get my to-do list done, it can wait.” In the safe place of my ego, I complied with the guidance of my subconscious and went on my merry way. That is, until my way was not so merry. Until the life I planned, was not the life I was living.
The questioning, doubts and realization that everything I thought I understood wasn’t so. Discovery, exploration, search for meaning, accessing the soul, all became part of my new lexicon. My ego needed to step aside.
There are many tools to help us discover the soul, all with a varying degree of effort and success. However, when you find a tool that has such simplicity, yet reveals so much about who you are, it’s like finding gold.
SoulCollage® is one such tool. This process creates ease with becoming acquainted with all of our parts, one card at a time.
Being whole begins with becoming acquainted with all of our parts. Our wisdom gently surfaces, our connections become electric, and our souls are subtly nourished. Our fears abate.
SoulCollage® was founded by Seena Frost. “It is a tangible way to know yourself in your diversity and depth, and also to show yourself to others”.
As a trained SoulCollage® facilitator, I have witnessed so many aha! moments in my coaching practice using the tool of SoulCollage®. The creation of your personal card deck taps into your imagination, creativity and intuition. For this reason, no other commercial card deck will be able to guide you as well your very own SoulCollage® deck.
The cards you create in your SoulCollage® deck become your visual reminder and tool for inner healing and growth. The cards reflect you because they are created by you.
The only skills required to create your SoulCollage® cards are cutting, tearing, gluing and a willingness to access your imagination. No experience needed.
